New Probiotics & Strong Enzyme Combination
Saltose Pro” is a live bacteria feed for poultry, livestock, and aquaculture that combines several useful bacteria, mainly Bacillus subtilis, B. licheniformis, and B. amyloliquefaciens, and lactic acid bacteria,
with multiple active enzymes.
Saltose Pro” is a bio-agent developed for the purpose of creating strong livestock that are resistant to
various bacteria that may infect or remain in poultry, eggs, chicken, pork, beef, milk, etc.
Saltose Pro” incorporates a technology that prevents deterioration of the active capacity of the biocide.
We have succeeded in stabilizing and promoting the activity of the bacteria at a high level.
SALTOSE is a solution probiotic feed for infections caused by Clostridium, Salmonella, Coccidiosis, and Cryptosporidium using our proprietary “cell wall degrading enzyme”.
Combination of Multi probiotics and powerful Multi enzymes
Our Bacillus strains, selected from 10,000 different strains and special enzymes, control harmful bacteria (Salmonella, E. coli, Clostridium) and parasites (Coccidiosis, Cryptosporidium) to ensure the safety and health of poultry and livestock.
SunrenBio Inc is engaged in the research and development of high-quality, antibiotic-free functional feed, probiotics, and enzyme products for poultry and livestock, Aquaculture production. One of its product lines, Saltose Pro, has been recognized for its unique functionality in the poultry and livestock industry both in Japan and globally.
The Bacillus group
>1×10⁹cfu/g
1.Bacillus licheniformis
2.Bacillus subtilis
3.Bacillus amyloliquefaciens
The main enzymes;
1.Protease
2.Beta-Xylanase
3.Cell-Wall Lyase (Original Lysozyme)
The Enterococcus group
>1×10⁹cfu/g
1.Enterococcus faecalis
2.Enterococcus faecium
Before addition of SALTOSE PRO
Coccidium oocysts germinated and sporocysts developed.
After addition of SALTOSE PRO
Coccidium oocyst has completely dissolved, and the original form has disappeared.

■Lysis Effects on Eggs of Parasites or Oocysts 2 - 2
Prepared culture media for SALTOSE and inoculated Cryptosporidium for observation of degradation effects.
Before addition of SALTOSE
12 hours after addition of SALTOSE
Eventually the Cryptosporidium completely dissolved and its original form disappeared.
Adjust the culture medium for S. enteritidis and inoculate with the following bacteria
1, 6, 7, 8, 9 : SALTOSE PRO Bacteria
T : Competitor
C : Competitor
S1 : S.Typhimurium
S2 : S.Gallinarum
SALTOSE exhibits antibacterial activity through the formation of an inhibition circle.
Salmonella Enteritidis and Salmonella Gallinarum
To observe inhibition cycles, RL bacteria were inoculated into YM-SE and YM-SG media.
YM : Yeast and Malt
RL : Sartoze bacteria
SE : S.Enteritidis
SG : S.Gallinarum
SP : Other Bacillus subtilis
SALTOSE produced a large inhibition circle, showing strong control effects against S. Enteritidis and S. Gallinarum.
Other Bacillus subtilis showed little control.
Clostridium media were prepared and inoculated with SALTOSE Bacillus licheniformis (right side) and other Bacillus licheniformis (left side) bacteria and growth and inhibition circles were observed.
12hours
60 hours
32hours
32 hours after the inoculation, Bacillus licheniformis of SALTOSE stopped their growth due to completing the absorption of nutrients from culture medium.
However, inhibition ring continued to expand, and dissolved Clostridium.
Antagonistic Effects on Bacteria 3 - 1
Salmonella Enteritidis(840) and Salmonella Infantis (837)
Competitor
Competitor did not absorb the inoculated Salmonella bacteria.
SALTOSE
SALTOSE absorbed the inoculated Salmonella bacteria.
Antagonistic Effects on Bacteria 3 - 2
Salmonella Gallinarum
S.Gallinarum were inoculated in DP (Left side) and YM (Right side) culture medium, and then, each bacterium was inoculated in the same point for observation of antagonistic effects.
DP : Dexton and Pepton
SE : S.Enteritidis
RL : SALTOSE bacteria
SP : Other Bacillus subtilis
YM : Yeast and Malt
SG : S.Gallinarum
1.The growth power of SALTOSE bacteria is the strongest, and SALTOSE bacteria controls S.Gallinarum bacteria
2.Other Bacillus subtilis indicated poor growth power.
Antagonistic Effects on Bacteria 3 - 3
E-Coli(K-88)
E. coli (K-88) and SALTOSE bacteria were inoculated on the same culture medium. It is observed that SALTOSE shows more antibacterial activities against E. coli .
Useful Bacteria
Lactic acid Bacteria
Bifido Bacteria
SALTOSE did not damage the useful bacteria.
>The Other Data
Testing result (Excreta of poultry)
Generation of ammonia from broiler farm was reduced due to application of SALTOSE.
Result: SALTOSE treatment can improve the digestion, so the amount of undigested materials in the excreta becomes half as compared with the control.
It can be seen that the soybean meal is more degraded in the test area than in the control area.
This suggests that even currently unused carbohydrates may be utilized as nutrients.
The count of Bacillus bacteria in the excretion remained almost unchanged; however, the total bacteria count was reduced as dosage rate was increased.
Tested by: Institute in Taiwan
Method: Bacteria were isolated from the live feed of each company, incubated for 48 hours, and the amount of enzyme produced (unit: ug/g) was measured.
